Kanamaluka Vineyards currently produces a Rosé using the traditional method. We call it our Enso Rosé.

Enso is the Japanese symbol for striving for perfection, but seeing the beauty in the imperfect. In the same way you try to paint the perfect circle, but can never achieve it, we strive to make the perfect wine, but there is no such thing, so we see the beauty in our imperfect wines. It's the motto we live by. Below is an example of an Enso.

Our Rosé is made solely from grapes on our vineyard and is nominally made from:

Pinot Noir 85%
Pinot Gris 10%
Chardonnay 5%

It is made with a minimal intervention technique. It has a lush colour and the characteristics of the varieties used. We hope you enjoy it.
